Leonard Snart, known by his nickname Captain Cold, is a member of the criminal organisation known as the Rogues and frequent enemy to the Flash.

Origins[]
Leonard Snart first encountered the Flash in his first year of heroic activities. Due to this, Snart grew a grudge and wishes to rid Central City of the Flash. Therefore, Snart decided to form the Rogues, a group of criminals within Central City who use high-tech by S.T.A.R Labs to rob anywhere they choose.
Personality[]
Snart is shown to be a man of honour despite his actions and believed himself to be the Flash's most capable enemy.
Appearance[]
Snart is often shown wearing a parka in order to defend himself from the immense cold given off by his weapon of choice. His goggles additionally provide protection for his identity and from his cold gun.
